Welcome to designviewqx, a platform that enables graphic design specialists to showcase their work and book consultations. By accessing designviewqx you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Our main offerings include presentation of design collections and consultation sessions. Consultation sessions can be scheduled at available times. All sessions are provided by experienced design professionals.

2.1 Booking and Scheduling

To book a consultation, you must complete the booking form and pay the applicable charge. Details of session timing and specialist information will be sent to your email.

3. Informational Products

We offer digital guides and tutorials on design techniques. These products are delivered instantly upon purchase.

4. Goods

Physical items such as printed materials or branded merchandise may be available for purchase and will be shipped to the provided address.

5. Refund Policy

We aim to ensure your satisfaction. The following policy applies based on the type of offering:

5.1 Services

You may reschedule a consultation at least 24 hours before the session. No refunds are provided once a session is held. If a session is canceled by designviewqx, you will receive a refund of the session fee.

5.2 Informational Products

If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not accessed the digital guide or tutorial, we will issue a full refund to your payment method. After this period or if content has been accessed, no refunds will be granted.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Shipping costs for sending back an item are your responsibility. Once received, we will process your refund within seven business days to your payment method. You may also choose to receive credit toward a future purchase.

6. Payment Terms

All fees are stated at the time of booking or purchase. Charges must be paid in full prior to access or delivery.
