We accept common image formats including JPEG, PNG and GIF. For vector-based artwork, you can upload SVG files. Each upload process includes guidelines to ensure optimal display quality.
How do I book a consultation with a design specialist?
Navigate to the “Book a Session” section, select an available date and time, then confirm with your email address. You’ll receive a calendar invite with a video link and preparation tips.
Is there a fee to create my portfolio?
Creating and publishing your portfolio is free. We offer optional consultation packages at transparent flat rates so you choose sessions that align with your needs.
Can I update my portfolio after it’s published?
Yes. Log in to your dashboard at any time to add new projects, edit descriptions or switch layouts. Changes go live as soon as you save them.
Do you offer group consultations or only one-on-one sessions?
Currently we focus on one-on-one consultations to provide personalized feedback. Group sessions may be introduced later based on user demand.
What should I prepare before my design consultation?

How do I cancel or reschedule a consultation?
Visit your booking dashboard, choose the session you wish to change, and select cancel or reschedule. Any updates will be confirmed via email.
